78tt Terms and Conditions – Rules and Guidelines

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform 78tt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately and refrain from registering.

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and 78tt, including Sports Betting, Live Casino games, crash games, slots, bonuses and promotions, customer support, and financial transactions made via Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or other payment methods available on the platform.

To create an account at 78tt, you must meet all of the following requirements at the same time:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be registered on any gambling self-exclusion list;
• Not have had any previous account closed by 78tt for terms violation;
• Act on your own behalf, never on behalf of third parties.

The registration process requires your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and the creation of a secure password. The 78tt may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC process) at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or when significant financial activity occurs on the account.

Each individual may hold only one active account at 78tt. Duplicate accounts that are identified will be closed, and the deposited balance may be held while the investigation is ongoing. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts are automatically cancelled.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. The 78tt strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is never shared with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account credentials, except in cases where you reported a security breach to support before the transactions in question took place.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at 78tt via live chat or by email at contato@78tt.best. The team may temporarily lock the account while investigating the situation and will restore the balance if the compromise is confirmed.

The 78tt may suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• Suspected financial fraud or match fixing;
• Use of automation software, bots, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform;
• Multiple accounts registered under the same holder or CPF;
• Systematic abuse of promotions and bonuses;
• Abusive behavior directed at the support team;
• Any activity that violates applicable Brazilian law.

The 78tt operates exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bonuses are denominated in BRL. Deposits in foreign currency are not accepted.

Accepted deposit methods: Pix (instant, 24/7), boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00 for any method. Pix deposits are credited to the account instantly at 78tt. Boleto bancário has a processing time of up to 3 business days.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account registered under the name of the account holder at 78tt. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, regardless of any family relationship. Processing time is up to 10 minutes for verified accounts and Bronze, Silver, and Gold VIP members. Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing of up to 5 minutes.

Deposit fees: there are no fees for deposits made via Pix. Other methods may carry fees charged by the user's financial institution, which are outside the control of 78tt. Withdrawal fees: zero for Pix withdrawals. The platform charges no withdrawal fees under any circumstances.

The 78tt offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, with a strong focus on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and state championships), volleyball (Superliga and CBV competitions), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and e-sports. Specific rules for each sport and market are available in the platform's help section.

Live Betting: Live betting odds may be changed or suspended at any time without prior notice, particularly in situations such as goals, red cards, injuries, or other in-game events. Bets confirmed before an odds update are honored at the value recorded at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations and refunds: Bets on events that are canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or permanently suspended will be refunded at the original stake amount. Bets on specific markets that could not be determined (for example, "top scorer" in a goalless match) follow individual rules described within each market.

• Bet outcomes are determined based on official sources from the relevant federations and competition organizers;
• In the event of a publishing error resulting in odds that are clearly outside market standards, the 78tt reserves the right to void bets placed under such conditions, with a full refund of the amount wagered;
• For accumulator (parlay) bets, all selections must be correct for the ticket to win. A single incorrect selection voids the entire ticket;
• Cash out (early settlement) is available on selected markets and lets you close your bet before the final result at the value offered at the time of the request.

The 78tt offers bonuses and periodic promotions subject to specific terms. The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit is the platform's main offer and is available to all new users who register and make a qualifying first deposit.

Welcome bonus terms:

• Bonus amount: 100% of the first deposit value, with a minimum of R$ 20.00 and a maximum of R$ 500.00;
• Rollover: 10× the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: R$ 200.00 deposit + R$ 200.00 bonus = R$ 400.00 total balance → R$ 4,000.00 in qualifying bets required;
• Minimum odds: Sports Betting bets with odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100% toward the rollover. Live bets with odds below 1.50 do not contribute;
• Timeframe: 30 calendar days from bonus activation;
• Canceled bets, bets settled via cash out, and bets on excluded markets do not count toward the rollover;
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated after the rollover requirement is met are available for withdrawal.

The casino games available at 78tt – including live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Dragon Tiger, crash games such as Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman, and slots from providers like Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and BGaming – are supplied by third-party partners certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and GLI.

The outcomes of all casino games are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or audited live physical mechanisms, and cannot be manipulated by 78tt nor by users. The RTP (return to player) for each game is shown in the game description within the platform.

In the event of a technical broadcast failure in live games that affects the outcome of a round, the 78tt will follow the policy of the responsible game provider, which may result in the round being voided and affected bets being refunded. Technical failures on the user's device or in the user's internet connection are not the platform's responsibility.

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. For slots and crash games, the minimum bet starts at R$ 0.10. For standard Live Casino tables, the minimum is R$ 1.00. VIP rooms have higher minimum limits and are available exclusively to Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members of the 78tt.

The 78tt maintains an active responsible gambling policy. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional pressure. That's why we offer control tools that any user can activate at any time through the account panel or by contacting support.

Available tools:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Forced break: suspends account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, placing bets, making deposits, and accessing games are not permitted;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently terminates access to the platform. The process is initiated by support and completed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, the account cannot be reopened;
• Verified reality: periodic notifications showing session time and the balance used over a given period.

The 78tt prohibits access by anyone under 18. Registration requires CPF and date of birth verification. If underage access is suspected, the account is suspended while the matter is investigated. If confirmed, the account is closed and any deposits are refunded to the legal guardian.

The 78tt operates in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018). All personal data collected during registration and platform use is processed for the following purposes: identity verification, fraud prevention, financial transaction processing, support communications, and personalization of the user experience.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with technical partners strictly necessary for platform operations (such as game providers and payment processors), always under confidentiality agreements and limited to what is required to deliver the service.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data at 78tt:

• Access to the data registered on your account;
• Correction of incorrect or outdated information;
• Data portability upon formal request;
• Data deletion, subject to the retention periods required by financial and tax legislation;
• Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications at any time.

You can request voluntary closure of your account at 78tt at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed normally, provided there is no active bonus rollover or ongoing investigation.

If there is an available balance in the account at the time of closure, it will be refunded via Pix to the registered account within up to 5 business days, after deducting any unmet bonuses and pending bets.

The 78tt may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in the cases described in Clause 3. For closures due to serious terms violations (fraud, duplicate accounts, bet manipulation), the balance may be temporarily held while the investigation is ongoing and may be permanently confiscated if the violation is confirmed.

The 78tt reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and via an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the effective date. Minor formatting changes or clarifications that do not affect the rights and obligations of either party may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available at 78tt.best/terms-conditions, with the date of the last update clearly shown at the top of the document.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to Brazilian jurisdiction, with the courts of São Paulo/SP designated as the chosen venue for any conflicts that cannot be resolved directly through the support team at 78tt.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 78tt in enforcing any provision shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
